1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with TalePal. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to your TalePal license purchase.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products. Because TalePal is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun, provided you have expressly consented to the immediate provision and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Independently of this, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee (section 1) still applies.
3. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our payments and order fulfilment are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Paddle's own Buyer Terms may apply in addition to this policy.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply contact us by email at refund@11to1.de with the email address used for the purchase and your order/receipt number (included in your Paddle purchase confirmation email). You can also reply directly to your Paddle receipt.
5. Processing and method
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within a few business days; the time until the amount appears on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. No subscriptions
We're not fans of subscriptions — so TalePal doesn't have any. You buy a license once and own it: a lifetime license, no recurring charges, nothing to cancel (except your refund, if you want it ;). That also means there are no renewal payments to refund — only your one-time purchase, covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee above.
7. Exceptions
The voluntary money-back guarantee is intended for genuine evaluation and does not cover abuse (for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles). Your mandatory statutory consumer rights always remain unaffected.
